2 mile wo, 3 mile progression run, 1 mile wd
Warmed up with an easy jog with Leo, then headed to the Borah track to try to do something a little snappy. Decided to try to do an easy progression run, speeding up each lap.
1:44, 1:38, 1:35, 1:33, 1:31, 1:30, 1:30, 1:29, 1:26, 1:25, 1:24, 1:23
So the mile breakdowns were 6:30, 6:03 and 5:40 for an 18:13 over 3 miles. Not a bad workout and the achilles held up.
