Ran middle distance in college with a PB of 1:52 for the 800 meters, then continued running with varying degrees of seriousness throughout my 20's and 30's. Moved up in distance and even ran three marathons (2:43 PB). Now just trying to stay in shape and find balance in life in my 40's.

Pushed the girls in the double stroller to the track and back, then did a mile in about 7:30 while down there. Super tired and no energy this afternoon.

Ran many loops on the trails of my old stomping grounds. Really hot out so I was able to run shirtless, which was great. Average pace of 7:44/mile.

| Rim trail - 36:39
Walked for a couple of miles with the family from Evil Kinevil's ramp along the Rim Trail. Then after Nora fell asleep in the BOB, Emily and I jogged back and forth on the trail for a couple of miles. Another beautiful warm day in Twin Falls.

Left achilles was sore so I had to keep the pace slow. It was a nice, cool evening out and I enjoyed the run, but I'm worried about the achilles.
