Ran middle distance in college with a PB of 1:52 for the 800 meters, then continued running with varying degrees of seriousness throughout my 20's and 30's. Moved up in distance and even ran three marathons (2:43 PB). Now just trying to stay in shape and find balance in life in my 40's.

| Biked the neighborhoods for about 30 minutes
20 minutes circuit - basically light weights and core. Example: crunches, planks, reverse crunches, donkey kicks, knee circles, leg swings, curls, db squats, lying chest press, calf raises, back exercises, etc. Anything that doesn't hurt the shoulder. No rest between sets. At least 12 reps of everything -up to 25 for core stuff.

200s: averaged 43.3 (5:48/mile); 300s: averaged 1:07.3 (5:59/mile).
Actually felt nice to do some basic work at sub 6 pace.
