AM 9.25 from my house. Did a tempo from miles 4-8 that ranged from 6:50-7:15. Didn't run the last few days cause haven't been feeling good.

AM 14.2 from my house. Avg 7:45 for the run.  Eventually made my way up to 300 W. in Lehi and then back.  Good run for me today, but the week was bad.  Didn't feel good most the week, which affected me getting out the door in the mornings.

PM 5.5 on the TM in the early afternoon.
