Finally a good workout today. Lifted weights for an hour and then swam for 2 hours. I had to mix it up with the swimming so I wouldn't get too bored. I would do some interval things and then just some kicking exercises. All in all, I'm guessing I swam just under 3.5 miles. My upper body will be sore tonight/tomorrow. The knee was very bothersome yesterday after running. Up and down stairs and getting in and out of the car were rough.
