AM Started about 5:45 and ran around Herriman.  Down to the rec. center and then over by the high school and eventually over to Rosecrest and home.  Did not feel great.  Took 1:55:14 (8:46 pace) and that includes some walking to get warmed up a bit at the beginning.

Lifted afterwards for a bit.
