AM 2 mile warmup. 4xhalf mile at 10K pace (7:13) with 90 second jog inbetween. Then 4xquarter mile at 5k pace (6:58) with 60 second jog inbetween. Cooldown.
AM 7.25 easy on the TM
AM 2 mile warm up and then 3x2 miles at half marathon pace (7:20 - 7:30) with 3 min jog in between. Cool down for a bit.
AM 6.45 easy on the TM
AM 16.2 on the TM. Heel has been giving me trouble the last two weeks. Hopefully it holds up okay after this run.
