AM 6 on the TM in around 50 min.
PM 6 on the TM in around 47 min.
AM Crossfit.
PM 8 miles on the TM. About a 2.5 mile warm up and then 3 x .75 with .50 rest in-between. First one was at 6:44 pace, second at 6:39 and third at 6:34. Cooled down 2 miles after.
AM 4.25 slow miles on the TM while I talked with Melanie and Julie a bit.
PM Crossfit and then 3 slow miles on the TM.
AM 3.25 slow miles on the TM. It wasn't much, but I only wanted a few.

AM 12 on the TM. Rough run cause my stomach was giving me trouble. Went to Crossfit afterwards.
