AM 14.2 from home and ultimately up Rose Canyon to the Rose Canyon/Yellowfork trail head.  I was slow today.  My legs don't have much in them right now, probably from the race last week.

PM hiked and ran up yellowfork canyon with Marisa. Went about 4.7 but I’ll just call it 3.5 since we hiked a bit of it.
