3 half marathons in summer of 2014.  Idaho Falls HM in 1:29!

I am running XC and track for Westminster College in SLC.  I will study Economics and go to law school.

Long-Term Running Goals:

 Run the Athen's (Greece) Marathon with my dad.

Help my college team build a strong program and continue to improve.

Had a migrane headache today.  After going to the doctor and dinner, I went out for an easy 3 miles just to get some air and try to clear out the bugs.

I ran the Cause and Event 5k in Boise on the greenbelt.  The race was 3.5 miles long and the pathway crowded with all the walkers who would not move over.  Because of this, I tripped on a root with less than a mile to go and another kid passed me and I could not quite catch him.  I was second overall but the race results and course were really messed up.  

I ran 2.5 miles with Dad as a warm up then I walked around Boise all day with Claire and her friends.
