400m - 90 sec
600m - 3 min
400m - 102 sec
200m - 42 sec
100m - 18 sec
Overall with recovery, warmup and cooldown jogs we ran 4600m or about 3.25 miles.

Thanks Justin for helping Remi with track last Thursday, I think he's going to try it again this Thursday! Isabelle has signed up for a blog on this sight too! Look for her name once she's been approved.
