3 half marathons in summer of 2014.  Idaho Falls HM in 1:29!

I am running XC and track for Westminster College in SLC.  I will study Economics and go to law school.

Long-Term Running Goals:

 Run the Athen's (Greece) Marathon with my dad.

Help my college team build a strong program and continue to improve.

I ran the local big 5K, the Scenic River Classic in 30:08 with my Dad as my pacer. I ran a strong first mile, had to stop for a bathroom break in the second mile and ran pretty well the third mile.  Stopped for second in the last 0.1M with a stomach ache but Dad convinced me to always keep running when you can see the finish.

Very nice run J-Man, you should be very proud of yourself as that is a great time. I seen you and your Dad running and crossing the Broadway bridge. You are going to be a great runner!!!!!
