| No run today. Cleaned out the garage and removed boat from the trailer so that we can get the trailer painted. Very cold to be laying on a concrete floor working with tools.

| 9 pm run after soccer open enrollment. I set at the gym for 2 hours and had one dad sign his two kids up. oh well, better luck next thursday. Anyway to the run, Again it seemed very cold. 20 degrees with a 7 degree windchill. Legs feel better after not running for a day. 8:29, :15, :12, :23, :43, :46, 9:02, 9:28, 9:21, 4:34. 1:31:44 for 10.5 or 8:44 mpm

| AM workout: I pulled Amelia around in a sled on the ice while iceskating. I don't do this very often and noticed my ankles are not as strong as they used to be. garmin says we went 1.54 miles. lots of very small loops and figure 8s
PM run: I drove over to the highschool around 9pm with intentions of running 10 miles. Not in a very good mood and dreading the run. I had come up with every excuse in the book. My back hurt, I was tired, it was dark and cold. Truely, I think I was just not mentally ready for the training today. I ran out less than a half mile and decided that if it was a not worth it if it wasn't fun. Headed home and watched a movie with my wife.
