AM - 5. Could hear a pack of something barking their tails off in the distance, made me a little nervous. Not enough to cut it short

AM2 - 9(8 @ 7;26)

AM3 - 6

PM - 8(7 @ 7:11)

PM2 - 3. Normally a run that short means something went wrong but was just going long enough to loosen the legs up a bit

I was thinking that you posting paces up here is a new thing. I only remember the miles you post. But then I looked back at previous months, and you mention paces every now and then. I know you have big mileage goals, but do you have a pace goal?

Essentially just means I did it on a treadmill

Outside mileage is definitely slower; would have to sacrifice some mileage by knowing my pace all the time. Do try to make sure to test the wheels at around 10 mph often enough too though

And I don't have mileage goals, I just do it :)

Ignore I'm shooting for a 200-mile week ATM. In a more general sense

Ha! "I don't have mileage goals." (90 seconds later) "I'm shooting for a 200 mile week"
