The peroneal on my right ankle stopped hurting yesterday!! And that afternoon my left peroneal started getting sharp pains after the run. So no run this morning to play it safe. Ran half a mile to the presidential rec center, biked 15 miles, ran back. Cross training converts that to about 6 miles. I'll call it 5. Ankle hurt less. Hopefully it goes away real soon because I really don't need this..
