PM - 6 @ 7:09 pace PM2 - 5 @ 5:59 pace + 2 cd. Did the CD right after on the mill instead of driving home and letting my legs stiffen up. Also worth mentioning the quicker treadmill runs have pretty consistently been starting at 9.4 mph and upping it 2 ticks every 5 minutes(longer intervals if I'm going longer than 6) then speeding up the last k or so |
