AM2 - 5 @ "6:18" pace. Used the Strava app and a bad phone signal definitely resulted in the course getting under-measured, so actually a tad faster

Had some peroneal tendonitis flare up at work last night, kept on my toes running in short spurts and think that helped get through it without sacrificing too many miles

Was pretty concerned with how bad my ankle felt Sunday night that my 100-mile week streak would come to an end but luckily didn't hold me back for more than a day or so. Nothing else to show for it really, this makes it 21 weeks on the sunday-saturday schedule(averaged more like 150 miles a week over that span but regardless). Hope I don't find reason to end the streak any time soon!

3 x 5 plus 10 x quarter-mile repeats in 73" average. Picked a terrible path to do it on(much too many loose gravel/rocks) and put me on the pain train pretty fast but yeah

Run #2 I tracked on the Strava app through my phone and terrible service in the country resulted in me getting measurements I found faulty. Despite that the pace was still near 5-minutes per mile as I intended with 400m or so to go, then next thing I know my face is about 18 inches from the asphalt

Thank God I was wearing a long sleeve shirt despite it being a warm morning, considering how bashed and bruised my elbows were. Happened so fast but think I got my arms under me in time and landed on my right hip and outer knee as I skidded to a stop. Nasty spill, typing this days later and still can't sleep on my right side as I've done 99.9% of my life. Would have been nice to have been jogging for that!

And because I'm mentally ill I ran another 3 times after that

cold and windy. think 15 miles is my ceiling of daily mileage low enough where I get in my head and guilt myself over not doing more. at least I have work to partly blame but that's still ridiculous
