10 miles, I did a 1.5 mile loop that has a 1/4 mile 100 foot hill, 4 times, then finished the run with a 2 mile out and back. This was a good run, it went a lot better than I thought it would just 2 days after a 20 miler.

6.21 easy slow miles. I was very tired today (12 hours of work), and my left knee had a little twing today (12 hours of work, standing and moving almost all day). I didnt even want to run, but I talked myself into 6.2, and just took it nice and easy until the last .3 miles, then I sprinted.

5 miles. I was feeling a little tired today, so I took it somewhat slow for the first couple of miles, then I sped up for the 3rd and 4th mile, then pushed it for the last half of a mile.

5.28 miles. I had wanted to do 10, I went at about 5 in the afternoon, which proved to be a bad idea. It was hotter than I normally run in, and my stomache was empty. At 5 miles my stomache started to give me fits and pains. I knew it was over and just quit. Thats never fun when you quit a run, but I just couldnt go on. Hopefully saturdays 20 goes much better, maybe I will do it in the mornig.

6.51 miles in Plain city. My stomach began to hurt again around 5 miles. I think I may need to be eating more calories. So I ate a lot today, we shall see how tomorrows run goes. 2 stomache ache days in a row is a little discouraging. I did however go how far I had wanted today.

21 miles in Plain City. I have been getting stomach aches lately during my runs, I think it is from lack of calories, so I ate lots yesterday. I dont know if that was the cure, but it helped.
I ran a 7 mile loop twice (switching directions), then did a 3.5 mile out and back to hit my 21. I picked a good pace and tried to hold it the whole time. Overall the run went pretty good. I did have to stop at 7 miles and go to the bathroom. I alos stopped at 14 miles and got a drink. Total I probably had my watch stopped for maybe 4 minutes.
I took a Gu 45 before, then at about mile 6.5 and again at mile 13.5.

Horrible 4.52 miles. I wanted to go 10, but had to stop twice to use the "pooper", so I headed back home. I was having some bad stomach problems, and I didnt like it.

7xhill, for 5.5 miles. Tonight I did a hill that is aboout .3 miles and has an elevation gain of about 65-70 feet. I had about a 1.09 mile warm up (to get to the bottom of the hill), then I went up at a pretty hard tempo, then jogged back down. I repeated it 7 times, then had about a .7 mile jog home to finish at 5.5 miles.
This was a little easier than I had expected. I was very pleased with my effort and also with the results. I was a little nervous for this run because of yesterday, and because I have been having funny stomach issues all day, but it went well.

pm run. I get to be to work tomorrow at 5:00 am, and I dont really feel like waking up at 3:00 to go running. So I did my pace run tonight. I wanted to try and mainatin my mrathon pace the whole, and then push it hard in the middle to make it a 10k pace for a few miles. It went pretty well, and I am pleased.

This was a great run. I pr'd by a little
over 6 minutes. This gave me much more confidence for the full in 3
weeks.
I had a gu 45 and again at 15 before the race. I started out at a pace
that I thought I could hold. I wanted to break 1:20, I had the paces for
1:16 written on my arm (I knew before the race that that probably wasnt
going to happen), ultimately I just wanted to PR and do good. I took a
gu at 5.5 and again at 10.5, both followed by water at the next aid
stations. Wind didnt kick in until about mile 5.5 and it lasted until
about mile 10. Overall it was a good race. I had fun, and I felt good,
and I got a new PR.
