Easy two miles this morning
Attempted a speed workout this afternoon, but not very good results
1 mile warm-up out at Anderson Junction then started at mile marker 6

18:52 (6:17) I stopped after 3 miles as my hip was really bugging and I just felt terrible, too hot and hadn't drank enough throughout the day.
