Did 12 mile trail run with the running club up at Pine Valley. It was definately a different type of training, worked a lot of different muscle groups. I wasn't sure if I was going to show up this morning, since I'm not much of a trail runner due to my bad ankles, but I was glad I did go and was able to get in some miles. It felt good at the end of the run to sit in a cold mountain stream for a few minutes and ice down the sore legs.

2 easy miles this morning. Did 4 miles over to Hurricane Middle School and back tonight at 6:00 pm and man it was hot outside, legs still feeling sore. Went out again tonight around 8:30 for another easy 2 miles, then played some basketball with Jordan.

Did 10 little league hill repeats with the cross country team. Overall felt pretty good, I think we will be heading out to Colorado this afternoon for the weekend, so that will be nice to train out there for a few days cooler weather and higher elevation.

Ran in Provo from sister's house up Provo Canyon to Canyon View park and back. Legs felt a little tired going up, but felt better coming back down the Canyon and into Provo

Did a loop from my parent's house into town down 1st street to Ranney then back home on highway 13 and over the county road, run was probably around 12.5 to 13 miles, pretty nice temperature at 9:00 am between 75 and 80 degrees.
