Ran with Steve Hooper for the first time. He belongs to a running group here in St. George so I am going to start training some with them, which should help me out with some of my goals. Steve is planning on running the Boston Marathon as well Bill and Clyde two other people in the group. Today we ran 9 miles from the Chuckawalla trailhead out and came back through Entrada.

Painter's Half Marathon. This was my first race since the 2004 St. George Marathon. Felt pretty good in the beginning through about the first 8 miles, however really started hurting after that. Overall time was 1:37:49 and I placed 47th overall. However, I know I am capable of running a lot faster once I get back into shape.
