| Did my Toquerville 10K from mile marker 5 to house. Ran 39:53 1-5:49, 2-6:17 (12:07), 3-6:25 (18:32), 4-6:08 (24:40), 5.2-8:50 (33:31), 6-6:22-39:53* Felt pretty good, still feeling a little sick. Was happy with time compared to 42:26 that I ran on 1-12-06. |

| Ran with the club. Good workout, I took it easy over the trails, just making sure of my footing, but really enjoyed the route. Felt good once we hit Snow Canyon Parkway, so picked up the tempo to the finish. |
