| Ran with Mike, James, Bill, and Scott from Toquerville exit to the Bowling Alley along the frontage road. I felt pretty good the first 8 miles, then struggled the last 5. 1:44:13 (8:00 avg) for 13 miles. This was encouraging because last week I ran 12 miles down the marathon course and averaged 8:23 and it was an easier course.

| Ran down through Confluence Park, not a good run at all. I was dealing with knee pain in both knees for the entire run. I ended up walking quite a bit.
