4 x hill @ Pah Tempe. Good workout 1-2:28, 2-2:28, 3:2:30, 4-2:31. All of those times were faster than when I did the workout a few weeks ago. So it is nice to see some improvement.

Ran with Steve Hooper for the first time. He belongs to a running group here in St. George so I am going to start training some with them, which should help me out with some of my goals. Steve is planning on running the Boston Marathon as well Bill and Clyde two other people in the group. Today we ran 9 miles from the Chuckawalla trailhead out and came back through Entrada.
