Ran 6 miles down from the Overlook into La Verkin then back on main street to house, did one grass loop around the church field. I injured some of my ribs on my upper right side Friday playing basketball. I was in some pain on Saturday's run and felt more discomfort again today while running. Hopefully it isn't anything too serious. I plan on going out again tonight for a few more miles. Ran another 4.5 miles easy tonight down in Confluence park along the river and back up into La Verkin came back on 300 West.

My brother-in-law broke a few ribs while MT. Biking a few months back and the doctor said there was nothing he could do, just let them heal. He was still able to train, it just hurt to breath and sleep on his side.

It looks like a good start for the week. Are you interested in getting together and doing some speed before Thurs night?

DUDE, you church ball players are all the same. did you not get the memo? basketball is not a contact sport! glad to see your still running. I am going to see the doc on the 21st.

Great people and great athletes realize early in their lives their destiny, and accept it. Even if they do not consciously realize the how, the where, the what.
