Easy 3 mile run with Sunny and Jarren. Went over and talked to Joel Timo for a bit, should be starting on the pool in the next few weeks. Then we ran down Main Street and down to Pah Tempe, then up Pah Tempe hill pushing the stroller. Cumulus-112.5 3 more miles tonight did the La Verkin 5K loop with Sunny and Jarren. It has been nice doing some easy runs with them. I really don't know what to expect tomorrow in the Summer Games 10K. I don't feel like I'm as fast as last year, so it will be interesting to see.
