I rode the exercise bike today, my legs and back have been bothering me quite a bit lately. Anyway did 37 minutes, 9 miles, later this evening I did a 1 mile walk.  Jarren had a meet today over in St. George, it was super hot, but he ran really well, took 3rd overall, some of the other schools didn't run their top guys, but it was still a really good effort by Jarren.
