| Nice little workout this evening. I dropped my truck off Color Country then ran home along 600 North. I got to the sub station and then decided to do 2x1 mile repeats with 4:00 recovery.
1-6:25 felt pretty good, slowed down for a moment to throw a water bottle away in a trash can.

1- The first mile was ok, I didn't go out too fast
2- This mile was terrible, very difficult with some steep hills, ended up walking
3- This mile was better, but never felt like I was racing more just going through the motions.

| Ran from the high school out on 400 South to 1760 West and then back to the high school. After that I came home and did 1 x 10 reps of circuit training, then 20 minutes on the bike.

| 5 miles down through Confluence Park, started off not feeling very good, legs especially hamstrings sore from lifting. However, once I got into the run I felt ok, pace was pretty slow.
