| 2.5 miles over to Hurricane City Park in about 30 minutes, then .5 back to 500 North. I decided to try a mile for time back to the cow field from 500 North. Even though it was hot and my legs were tired from yesterday's workout, I managed a 7:53, which was encouraging. Did 1 mile easy walk home. Tonight I did a two mile walk with Sunny, Joslin, and Jazzy.
