Ran with Bill from the Bowling Alley out around Sand Hollow, stopped and watched some of the Ironman swim, then got back down to the Bowling Alley and watched the some of the bike.  We saw Mike go by which was cool.

The run was ok, 13 miles my foot starting hurting about mile 11.  It was kind of a strange pain on the top of the foot.
