| total time46:31. after 10 minutes warm-up I ran 1 minute hard and 2 minutes recovery. after the 10th hard I ran 4 minutes recovery and then 1 minute hard, 2 minutes recovery and then ahrd until the finish. splits 9:35, 8:51, 9:22, 9:17, 9:26

| total time 48:58. I intended to ran 3 half mile intervals with one mile warm-up and then 1 mile recovery between each one. I ahven't slept well for several nights in a row and after 2 I decided to not push it. splits 9:41, (3:49, 5:18), 9:08, (5:20, 4:13) 9:33, 10:26, 10:09

| I had another great negative split run. I increased the mileage slightly. Overall I would like to get much faster than I am right now but I think it will come as I try hard not to over do the fast parts of my running. total time 76:51. splits 10:00, 9:55, 10:03, 9:57, 9:27, 9:16, 9:04, 9:10
