I died at the end of my run. splits 9:42, 9:31, 9:15, 9:22, 9:21, 9:37, 9:34, 10:19 (I may have forgot to stop the watch for one of the lights I waited at as i didn't think I died this hard and that is what it looks like on my watch). ave HR 122
