I moved home to Arizona. My wife and I are empty nesters. In 2016 I had stents placed in my heart after discovering coronary artery disease. | total running time 70:40. ran with alejandro at the bosque. usual stop to stretch at @ 0.52 miles. Ran til 6 miles without stopping or stretching. I was really stretuggling by the end of this but didn't slow terribly. splits 9:11, 9:09, 9:04, 9:00, 9:00, 9:08, 9:10, 6:58.
20 minutes on the exercise bike.
