total runing time 70:17. I tried deliberately to go out slower and turned around at 35:21. I was hpoing to break 70 minutes but my right shin really started hurting. I came back in 34:56. two weeks ago I ran this run and turned around at 34 minutes but then really died. right now I am really sore during the whole run and now with right lower leg pain. it is frustrating. I guess I added the speed work too quickly. next week I am going to reduce the volume and reduce the intensity and see if that helps. |
