total running time 54:25. splits 9:14, 9:05, 9:11, 9:07, 9:03, 8:46. the first 2 miles I ran with no strain whatsoever, the third mile also no strain but I slowed down. from there on out I was straining a bit and the last 0.3 miles I strained quite a bit. I need to stretch a bit more. I definitely need to get back to riding the bike more. |
