Easy treadmill run. Most comfortable I've felt all week. I think I delayed my recovery a bit by doing too much mileage. I didn't think that would be the case if I went at a very easy pace, but now I'm finally starting to feel better. Lack of sleep probably didn't help. Note to self: just cause you're pacing the marathon doesn't mean recovery will be as simple as that from a typical workout... (5.8 in 0:47:43)
More smooth running at lunch today. Just slow, but that is a nice thing. (5.32 in 0:47:24)
