Treadmill workout. 2 easy, 3x(1T,1min),3min,3x(1kmVO2max,3min),4x(400mR,400m).
Feeling stronger today than I think I've ever felt before. Not sure why this workout felt so much better than previous ones (not that others were bad). Ate a few pieces of hard candy and a banana with peanut butter before the run. Then drank water with Advocare's Spark drink mix during the run. Things just seemed to really align well today for a good workout.
