Got up early. Ran at home before catching the bus. Short warmup then marathon pace for 8.5 miles. Felt really good! (9 in 1:01:23)

1 mile easy, 8 miles at marathon pace (160bpm), 1 mile easy, 6 miles at marathon pace, 1 mile easy. The goal was to keep my heart rate at 160 and so my pace hovered around 8.7-8.8mph. (17 in 1:58:24)
