Short race-week workout. Warm up, 3x(1T with 2 min recoveries), cool down. I was able to hold pace just fine on this workout, but didn't feel 100%. I don't think I'm sick, but it has only been 9 days since the marathon, and I can't expect to be recovered already. I'm excited for this weekend's half marathon, but not expecting anything spectacular! Just a fun mother-son tradition! (8.2 in 1:00:24)
