1 easy, 8 marathon effort, 1 easy, 6 marathon effort, 1 cool down. (17.05 in 2:10:12) Legs didn't really respond to get to the speed I wanted from a marathon effort. I'm pleasantly surprised with the pace held on the warm up and recovery miles though. On those miles I really focused on a relaxed pace with focus on form and efficiency and went faster than expected. One thing I need to improve on is sleeping...
