Tabernacle to River Trail Switchbacks - 

Felt pretty good considering my run on Saturday.  Had a sweet tailwind the first half then it got a bit harder on the way back.

T-1:30:40 (7:32) 750' vert 156 ave hr

Deer Fence Prov to Dry - 

Nice and easy pace today.  Great morning on the trails (and road).  

T-1:10 (8:45) 1000' vert 143 ave hr

AM: 7 miles on Golf Course - easy (8:30 pace)

PM: 12 miles with Fan and Joe.  Felt much harder, but I think it was because I was tired.  We went First Dam to Providence with about a mile up the canyon until the mud got too sticky.  Good solid day. T-1:46 (8:50) 1700' vert

5 Easy miles at lunch behind work - 8:10 pace

7 easy miles on Planet Walk - 8:10 pace 138 ave hr

Bushwhack Adventure with Joe - 

Started at the Valley View highway pass and headed up the mountain.  Lots of bushwhacking and hopping fences.  We tagged a few peaks then headed west.  We ended up on a ridge with no way down but straight down the face.  It was steep with no trail.  1700' in 1 mile.  We ended up on the Box Elder version of the BST.  We wandered around on that and headed back around the mountain following BST.  We ended with a final mile of 5:44 (250' descent).
