Beirdneau Ridge Crimson Trail Double Traverse 20 - 

Had a great time out there today.  Lots of good climbs to punish the legs.  They are punished.  I ran this exact run on Nov 2 of last year and was able to go 15 mins faster this time.  Bonus.  Took a bunch of pictures and 2 videos. I will put them (pics) on my Flickr account.
