Went with Dustin on a run...We went from my house to the other side of town and ran up Web hill twice. Then came home around Costco and up.

When we left I had it around 15. Then we changed a couple of things and it ended up being 16. Good workout, running Web hill is all you can handle. Its almost 1 mile from base to top.

Hope your ankle is o.k. Dustin.

He rolled it when we went cross country running thourgh some rocks and other ish...

Ankle is a little stiff, but not as serious as I thought at first. I was just drained the last 4 miles, sorry I slowed the pace down so much, but it did feel good to get out and do a longer run. I enjoyed the Web hill and can see that as being a pretty good workout. Good luck with your training this week.

No... I want to run it. But we are going to be in Nauvoo the whole week before, and we get back only one day before the race. So I have to see if my wife is up for going up there after being on a trip. I hope I get to go run it though. When she gets home next week I plan to iron it all out.
