7 miles in the morning

9.5 miles in the windy night with Bill

Felt like not running tonight- but went out with Bill and after the workout felt pretty good. We ran from the running Store down through Santa Clara up around the Hamilin house and then back down through the lava rock area up to softball fields and back up to the running store. I drove it later and it was just over 9.5 miles.

Hey Clyde

Looks like you are already getting in quite a few miles for the week. I'm a little bummed I'm going to be out of town both this Saturday and next for cross country meets, so I need to figure out how to get in a few more 20 mile runs. Steve said he would maybe be alright doing one early on one of the week days or some other time with me, just wondering what your training schedule looks like?
