easy morning run.

Ran some timed miles tonight with Steve. Something like 5:18, 5:21, 5:24 I think.

It was at the park in St. George around that block. Kind of slow on the corners, but not too bad.

I need speedwork, but it sucks!

How was the distance measured, and was it flat?

Were you trying to be nice to Steve on the second and third repetition, or were you slowing down by yourself naturally?

Steve measured the distance.

I slowed down a little on the second and then on the third I ran the first lap by myself because Steve was catching his breath.

It's not flat. At the marathon finish line your run around that big block/ park. Some uphill- some down, nothing really that flat.

I didn't have a watch on so Steve was yelling me the times, but they could be wrong.
