8.5 miles in the a.m. 8.5 miles in the evening I know it sounds like a lot at this point but broken up into two runs 10 hours apart takes the sting out of it. I'm starting to feel a lot better. My run on Monday felt like maybe a 3 out of 10 and I'd say todays runs were a 7 and a 8.5 respectively. My only issue is a sore ankle that I rolled on Mondays run. I need to ice it and it should be good to go. |
