We left the park and went south down by St. George Ford and then around the black hill up to Bluff and down Triangle St. and then over to the park.

Feeling trashed before we started but then a few miles into it felt better.

Good run last night. I got to pick up some speed somewhere. you guys are leaving me way to early. 90 miles here you come.

Feeling trashed at first, but then feeling better is a very good sign when doing high mileage. My theory on that is that your body enters the state of perpetual rest from the stress of training, and it starts taking it a while to get mobilized for action. So this means, in essence, that your body knows how to rest, which is the key to building fitness.
