Finally home again. I got in late last night and did not get up to run this morning. Mik'L and I went hiking today and we had a ton of things to get done. So at 10 o'clock tonight I just went out to get whatever I needed to get to 60 miles for the week.

The last part of this week kind of fizzled out but with all my work, and travel I was exited to get 60 miles in.

Tonight I ran my 3.5 mile loop twice. The first lap was @ 25 min the second lap was more a tempo pace at 21 something. Not amazingly fast but a pretty good pace.

Clyde, way to get out late Sat. night and get those extra miles in for you goal! Keep it up. We should all get together sometime this week and do a little speed work.
