Did an easy 5 with the running club, Dustin, Bill) Steve is still trying to heal. We are all pumped for Boston. We tried to plan meeting points and times.

I am feeling really good. I'm getting skinny, maybe too skinny. After Boston I am going to work out a lifting program that I can incorporate into my workouts. I'd like to keep my upper body strong and tone, and not skin and bones.

Let me know what you come up with as far as lifting, I've had thoughts about doing a little bit of that also. We did a pretty good circuit workout when I was at Ricks. Do you go to any particular gym or club?

No. I don't have any gym memberships. I will possibly try and use the high schools gym (because its free). Or maybe by some free weights and just lift at home. I don't think I'll try and bulk up so 20-30lbs would be good to try and tone with. I'd rather do it a home just because going to any gym takes so much more effort. I'll have to see what I can come up with.
