Got up this morning and did a run. I have to go to SLC for a work meeting today and tomorrow so I'm not sure what kind of running I'm going to get in. I hope to get 4-5 more tonight, but I'll have to see what kind of time I'll have.

Didn't have any time so I'm glad I got some miles in this morning.

Just jump above the Salt Lake Temple and I street, or anywhere that you can access the dirt, and hit the Bonneville Shoreline Trail for some good dirt running...
